Our mission at
is to provide a safe place where children are growing to KNOW, LOVE, and SERVE Jesus Christ and each other.
The Greenhouse is a loving and safe place where babies, toddlers, and preschoolers begin to learn about God and His love. Caring teachers are here every Sunday to engage our littlest ones with fun, purposeful activities. Classes are divided by age and stage of development.

Grade School students learn Bible stories each week and discuss how the lessons can be applied to their daily lives. Kids attend an interactive large group time in a theater room (Studio One) and break into small groups nearby where they engage in activities related to the Bible story, memory verse, and main point.

The Briarlake Kids check-in desk is located on the lower level of C Building.
The first time you check in, you will be asked to fill out an information card for your family to be entered into our system. The check-in system generates a label each week with a code for your child and a guardian label. Place the child’s label on your child and keep the guardian label for pick up.
When you pick up your child, present your guardian label to your child’s teacher. If you do not have your label, you will be asked to return to the check-in desk to verify identity and obtain a replacement.
You do not have to be a member, but we require volunteers to be regular attenders of Briarlake Church for at least six months before serving in children’s ministry. We also require Briarlake Kids volunteers to provide references and complete a background check. Those who decide to serve with children will receive a Briarlake Kids Volunteer Guide with guidelines on safety and other policies with which they are required to comply.
Briarlake Kids volunteers attend regular training and are asked to make it a priority to KNOW and LOVE each child, as they SERVE as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ.
